SHRIMP SPREAD - Carol Becker
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 - can medium shrimp - drained & rinsed
1 Tblsp. mayonnaise
2 Tblsp. gf horseradish
1 Tblsp. minced onion
Blend together in food processor or blender or with a mixer. Can flour hands and roll into a ball and then roll in nuts, parsley or paprika OR just put into a small serving bowl. Serve with gf crackers.
