¾ cup margarine
4 eggs
15 oz. can Pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 ¾ cups GF flour mix
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground cloves
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. xanthan gum
½ cup walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour 9x13x2 inch pan.
Cream margarine and sugars.
Blend in eggs and pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients and
add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. (Can be frozen)
