PUMPKIN CHIP CAKE - Carol Becker

3 c. gf flour (four flour mix)

2 c. sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 c. oil

4 eggs

2 cups pumpkin (Libby's)

1 c. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients, except chips, together thoroughly.

Add chips & mix well.

Pour into a well-greased and floured angel food cake pan.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Cook before removing from pan.

Enjoy.
