Laura’s Granny’s Crazy Chocolate Cake

2 ½ cups flour (Bette Hagman’s GF 1 cup baking cocoa powder
Four Flour Blend works well) 2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda 2/3 cup salad oil
1 tsp. salt 2 cups cold water
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into greased 12 x 9 pan.
Bake @ 350° for 35 minutes or until toothpick in middle is clean. (less than 30 minutes for my oven.)
Frost with your choice of icing and ENJOY this delicious egg, dairy and gluten-free
