HOT ARTICHOKE DIP - Carol Becker

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup gf sour cream

1 can artichokes, drained, chopped, drained again

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Mix well mayonnaise, sour cream and parmesan cheese.

Add artichokes and mix well.

Pour into an oven-proof dish (unbuttered)

Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min or until bubbly.

Service with tortilla chips, crackers or veggies.

NOTE: if doubling or tripling the recipe, increase the baking time accordingly.
